• My thoughts perhaps aren't terribly quotable -- i think the rudy regulars have a new appreciation for quality and the importance of fresh [and local!] ... ... your product is @#$% amazing, and i will stand by my declaration that the caffe serves up the best cup of coffee you will EVER have. ... the home delivery is a nice gift on the tail end of my week - trading invoices and checks (sometimes accompanied by baked goods) for coffee -- which i then share w/ a good friend who is a proper espresso snob and has never. tasted anything so good and has declared "that guy [rob] is a god." ... the caffe gave a great sense of community, ephemeral and not space-specific, that started about coffee and now shows up at various cafes and the farmers market and elsewhere.  hurrah!

• I was introduced to your great coffee by my wonderful sister-in-law who lives in Lansing.  I live in Seattle the home of Starbucks and a thousand other coffee companies and coffee houses, the Mecca for coffee nuts like me.  When I came to Lansing for a visit she knew I loved a good Capacious and I had just returned from a bike tour of Western Sicily and also visiting some of my cousins in Sicily.  Rob prepared me the best Capacious that I have had since returning from Sicily.  It had the right rings around the inside of the cup as you drank the flavorful coffee and the cream texture was perfecto!  I felt like I was back in Isola Del Sol (Island of the Sun, Sicily).
